4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Consult time! Put your outfits together. Completely!
Take pictures & send them to us (you will receive an email reminder about that).
Get your eyebrows done.
Gather some ideas for your hair and makeup from Pinterest- linked from the HUB.
2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Put your outfits together. Completely!

Get your eyebrows done and any hair appointments.
2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Get your nails done.
Make sure your outfits are ironed and hung up together (accessories & shoes too).
Gather any props you may want to include.

PayPal Credit is our 3rd party credit provider if needed for your order. It takes about 5 minutes to apply and get approval. They provide 6 months no interest if you’d like to use this option instead of a credit card at your Session Premiere.
SESSION PREMIERE
It’s finally time to see your images!! Yay!
Please be sure all decision makers are here as you will be placing your portrait order on this day.
Don’t stress! We are here to guide you through making the best decisions for your family and home.
You will pay your balance at your Session Premiere, or you may do a payment plan, or use paypal credit.
YOUR ORDER IS READY!
We will coordinate a good time for you to pick up your order.
If you cannot pick up within one week we will package and ship your order to you. Shipping is usually around $25 (depending on what was ordered). This is to protect your products from damage by ongoing activity at the studio.
SHARING YOUR IMAGES ONLINE
We want you to share your images! Please feel free to! There are just a few things we ask in order to protect us both. For the best quality images please do not screenshot them. Download your images from the dropbox link provided. They are in a folder named FOR ONLINE USE.
Please do not crop out the watermark. Why? Images are stolen online everyday. The watermark gives us all some security that your images will not be used by someone else in ways they were not intended to be used. Please do not alter the images or add any filters as this could damage the high quality brand and reputation we’ve worked so hard to build.
Please tag Kelleen Hite Photography in your images. We love to see what your friends and family have to say about your images :)
YOUR ONLINE GALLERY
If you purchase a digital collection your images will be delivered within 4 days so you can let us know any edits, before we start any design work. Images are hosted through the end of June of your senior’s graduation year. Your completed digital images will also be hosted in our online gallery with the option to order prints at a discounted rate from our professional labs, up to 8x12.
GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS
You may choose to purchase these at your Session Premiere or wait until we send our announcement catalog out by email in January. Announcements are designed in February and ready in March. This gives you time to send them out to your family and friends. Start working on that address list early!
To avoid rush charges from the lab and to get your announcements here with plenty of time to send out, the deadline to order Graduation Announcements is March 15th.
BOOK YOUR BOOMERANG MINI SESSION
We offer family and Boomerang mini sessions in the studio for our graduating seniors. These are quick 20 minute sessions to document this sweet time and connection before sending your kiddo off to college. The simplicity of this type of mini session allows us to offer them with smaller collections. Those collection prices start at $500.
Family and location studio mini sessions for our graduating seniors and families may take place anytime before June but we do also offer outdoor fall family mini sessions each year.
